Finally !!!! The long wait is over for England and they reached EURO Cup final since 1966 World cup final. They would be trying to win it at any cost to finish the drought. Denmark took the lead after half hour mark with excellent free kick goal by Damsgaard. England replied soon to make it 1-1 eventhough it was an own goal after a good attack by England. Italy waiting in Final for England to face on 12 July at Wembley. 

120 minutes, 730 passes, 20 shots , 6 corners and alot of will was what it took England over Denmark. England were dominating but Denmark had their moments in the match. Schmeichel had a good game, and he really stood between England and goal. 10 of England's shots were on target, including an excellent save to deny Sterling on 36'. 

England reached first ever European championship final after 37 games. This was the most matches played but not reaching final by any team. They had many golden generations and talented players, but this was the time. 

This was England's third Semi final as Denmark's 4th in EURO's.

Kane missed a touch towards goal at the 90+6' minute, an excellent pass from Grealish which could have won it for England.
